1. Purpose. RunSynergy supports running groups with member management, training and coaching. The data in the app is used only for coaching and supervision within your running group (see the privacy statement).
2. Your account is personal. Do not share your login details. Report misuse to the administrator of your running group.
3. Confidentiality. Coaches, assistant coaches and administrators treat data of members, especially health data, confidentially and use it only for supervision.
4. Correct data. Keep your details up to date, especially your emergency contact and health information, so your coach can supervise you safely.
5. No medical advice. Paces, zones, analyses and advice in the app are aids for training, not medical advice. You train at your own risk; in case of complaints or doubt, consult a doctor or physiotherapist.
6. Linked services. The link with Garmin may temporarily stop working if Garmin makes changes. Strava and Garmin have their own terms.
7. Availability. RunSynergy is offered on a best-effort basis, without guarantees of availability or completeness.
8. Changes. If these terms or the privacy statement change, we ask you to agree again at your next login.
